Curtis ? - Sep 11, 2010 Good Prices, Trustworthy and friendly I purchase a 1998 Ford Explorer almost a year ago (End of Sept / Oct 2009). I started having problems and took it to another place near my work (near 290 west and Brodie Ln) After a bad experience I asked my mom and step Dad where i should go. Both recommended Klingemann on 290 west. From the moment i stepped foot into the repair center i felt as if i was treated like a valued customer. Not only is the service great but the price is always fair and at or below the price of most repair shops. with the many repairs I have needed and will be needing they have always been honest. In fact i called for a for a quote on repair I need to have done and not only where they extremely honest (in regards to what needs to be repaired and what they thought could wait (being that they did not and have not seen the car to inspect what needs to be repaired 100%))) but they also came way under what i expect price wise. On a Last Not even if i have had to wait at the shop the waiting room is very comfortable and clean with nice seating, a TV, free coffee, a soda vending machine and even and clean and fresh smelling bathroom.Now that I have moved i will be trying the Klingemann location on E Oltorf near S Congress where i will be placing a review (closer to my new apartment). I would recommend anyone try Kingemann on HWY 290 If you want a fair price and don't want to come back for second or third fix like you will with other shops
