Out of curiosity, I logged onto Citysearch to see what they said about Samson Management, my landlord. I noticed several negative reviews. I am no lover of landlords, but in all fairness, 7 complaints out of 6,000 tenants over a 4 year period is probably speaking more of tenant satisfaction than dissatisfaction.
