Being a woman and not knowing a lot about engines or cars, I never feel that I am taken advantage of at Bernie's Automotive. I never feel pressured to fix something that isn't needed right away either.
I've been to other mechanics and had them lie to me and say they replaced a part, when in fact, it was never replaced or tell me I needed something replaced that didn't need to be. Thank goodness my father, who knows a lot about cars and is a mechanic himself, was around and could check their work.
I've recommended Bernie's to friends and they are happy with their work as well.
