I have been going to Mandarin Cove with my family for a very long time, and the service has always been great. The dishes are delicious and the servers are very accommodating. Some dishes we always order are the kung pao chicken, sizzling rice soup, and Mongolian beef. Although we have our ""go-to"" dishes, whenever we have tried something new, it has always been wonderful. They offer free parking to their customers above the restaurant, and it is right off Portland's waterfront - highly recommended!
