My last experience with the customer service wasn't great. The customer service representative was very short with me and I ended up paying considerable more for the bus fare versus the last time. This made me quite upset, considering my experience leaving from Peter Pan Way were so positive, partic. the second to last time.
I wrote an email to the Peter Pan about it and they said they would look into it for me, but I haven't heard back since.
