The people from The Upstairs Maid Cleaning Service are consistent, thorough, and gracious. I enjoy speaking Spanish with them and hearing them speak it! I consider them friends and I always enjoy having them here. When they leave the house, the house smells so good! They really freshen the house and that's where the good smell comes from. It's like when you smell an apple pie baking in the kitchen. It's really uplifting!
