The people at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing were just very clean cut, nice guys who were very friendly. They explained everything they were going to do and how it would help. We use them all the time and we're impressed every time! We've bought a new hot water heater from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and they come to check it once a year!
