Not often do I dump on a chef or restaurant owner in public, but from the moment we walked in the door it was a disaster. The host was slow and didn't even smile, the service was awful, glasses were fingered where our lips would go, the few courses we had were A. overcooked, B. actually greasy, C. Too slow for the lack of people there.
I usually give a place three visits. That will NOT happen this time!
Btw...having been in the chef in the most of my life I have never heard of him either.
