I was very pleased with the service we received from Ductworks. Ductworks called the day before to confirm the time. Felipe the technician arrived at the agreed upon time and worked most of the day in opening up the ducts and thoroughly cleaning the ducts and furnace blower. At the end of the process, he checked the furnace to make sure all was OK.
