Thyme is probably the best restaurant in Medina. The service is very good and the presentations are beautiful. They had braised lamp shanks as one of the specials and all I can say is I hope it becomes part of the regular menu. Braised lamb shanks are a favorite of mine and these were the best I have ever had.
