They lost me as a customer today. They were ambiguous about pricing plans afterI learned that they neglected to offer a program that cost nearly a dollar per gallon less. I made one call to another vendor after speaking to a manager and received a much better price without having to perform surgery to get to the right answer. I'm glad I've only been a customer for less than three years so I can recoup my loss buying elswhere much faster.
