The food, wine, cocktails, atmosphere: all excellent. And you pay for it, which is perfectly acceptable. However, the entire experience felt rushed from start to finish: a lot of pressure to order quickly, food appearing way too fast, dishes disappearing from the table before we'd finished chewing...If a place is geared to foodies, and the ticket's going to top $100 easy, I expect to be able to relax into the evening. 4stars-plus for the food; 1star for the service.
