I have been trying out different gyms & really liked all the equipment at Spectrum. However, when I received a call from one of the Sales staff members I lost my phone connection & then received a very rude voice message. The staff member accused me of hanging up on him & told me I needed to learn some manners. \r

Not something you say when you work in customer service! Because of this I will not come back to this gym & will also not recommend it to anyone else.
