Their work exceeded my expectations; their quote for engineered wood installed was less expensive than what I was able to get at Home Depot; they were very prompt in answering all my questions, never pushed me to make a decision, and were very courteous; and they were VERY efficient in time management, came exactly when they said they would and left at about the same time as they had predicted. The service was outstanding, the product is terrific, and the process was painless! I will use them again if I had more work done. They are really good! We have pictures if you wish to see them. I think the best recommendation I can make is this: After our experience with HFS our daughter and son-in-law hired them to redo their living, dining and great room in laminate. It too is beautiful and very well done.
