I took my Rav4 in for a routine service and was very pleased with both the service department in general and the adviser, Chris, who was so helpful. I didn't feel pressured at all and he explained very clearly exactly what my car needed and how long it would take. I was impressed with how quickly my car was finished and how clean it was when I got it back. Plus, they have yummy treats in the waiting area! I'll only take my car here from now on and I'll always ask for Chris.
