I wasnt happy weds aug 11 when I had to get to work early and my bathtub drain wouldnt clear and the black water backed up into bathroom sink and i needed to take quick and fast action, so i called roto-rooter and they responded in less than 30 min and the drain situation was fixed immediately by jeff h, a true professional as his trade. I was extremely happy with the service. The rest of the family didnt even know their had been a backup.
