I took an older vac in to trade it in. Even though I'd tried to sell this high priced but unpopular brand of vac without any luck, La Jolla Sew & Vac took it and gave me a good deal on a Miele. I never felt pressured and in fact the guy told me to try to get more $ for the old vac "on the open market." I couldn't recommend them more! Their honesty is refreshing.
