The feedback from Hawaiian Properties Ltd. is extremely disappointing. The correspondence came back from the management manager was 2 months late, lacks valid facts and blame the victim (us) of condition resulted from un-reinforced building house rule and from an extremely hostile security guard hired by them, using maintenance fee we paid every month. We also received a threatening phone call from the management manager in attempt to shut up our safety concerns, sounding extremely annoyed by our request for assistance. Extremely rude and did not provide professional customer service that they promised to provide. There is such thing as taking other?s money and not providing promised service / product. We experienced firsthand of such phenomenon with Hawaiian Properties Ltd.
