DO NOT use this company. They are a liability to their clients and negligent to those who have to use their services. If you have a problem with them post it up, report them to the BBB or talk to a lawyer. Do not let them continue to get away with it. \r \r more

The most unprofessional and incompetent property management company. They posted my rent payment to a incorrect account. I received a court summons for a false claim of unpaid rent, and supposedly a previous notice. I did not receive anything prior to a court notice. It took them (3) days to dismiss the claim after I provided them bank statement of timely paid rent. I received no sincere apology from Hawaiian Properties. Just a standard template error letter they sent me after I requested something in writing from them.\r \r They are inconsiderate and do not sympathize of the stress my family was under when we received such a outrageous claim. more

Hawaiian Properties only cares about your money and neglects their tenants. Repairs went unanswered Phone calls are returned after a 10 day minimum. Very rude staff. It took 2 months to get my ceiling leak repaired, but recieved a ""friendly"" reminder phone call after my rent check was one day late due to a three day weekend that delayed mail service. The whole company is shady and very unprofessional. more

I have been writing and calling Mr. Tucker for Months. He never returns my calls and sent a lawyer after me AFTER we had made arrangements. As long as they get your money, they dont care about you. They need an overhaul of the company, management, and customer service! more

The feedback from Hawaiian Properties Ltd. is extremely disappointing. The correspondence came back from the management manager was 2 months late, lacks valid facts and blame the victim (us) of condition resulted from un-reinforced building house rule and from an extremely hostile security guard hired by them, using maintenance fee we paid every month. We also received a threatening phone call from the management manager in attempt to shut up our safety concerns, sounding extremely annoyed by our request for assistance. Extremely rude and did not provide professional customer service that they promised to provide. There is such thing as taking other?s money and not providing promised service / product. We experienced firsthand of such phenomenon with Hawaiian Properties Ltd. more
