Mr. Van Winden was incredibly knowledgeable & receptive yo our design suggestions. We are now several years post completion & to our dismay we have a tree that was to be tangerine. It took years to bear fruit & when it did were we surprised. The fruit is similar in appearance to graptefruit, but larger. When one can overcome the treacherous thorns picking one id worse than bad. A peel near an inch thich & a frui too bitter to be eaten makes the space used a complete waste. We were also expecting a nevterine or peach tree that was never delivered . My irrigation ststem may be basic, but it was never explained to me clearly enough that I can even schedule times or locations. I wrote a letter months ago, but never received a reply. I acceput a major portion pof responsibility for not ridjing them until they git it right.\r
Normally I would have been unrelenting, but have undergone a series of potentially deadly illnesses that made my yard pale in comparison.\r
They do nice work. They should follow up & redspond to any & all complaints warrented or not.\r
All this being said, I would use the.,m again.
