Pole fitness is a great, fun way to work out. Personally I wanted to be committed to staying fit, without just working out in the gym. I guarantee through pole class alone you will work your upper body, core, and legs. The classes are unlimited, you get the best rate, and Rashida(owner), and other instructors are very charismatic and encouraging. Stop in for a class and try it out ---IT IS AN EXCITING WORK OUT AND I GURANTEE YOU WILL BE BACK!!!
