I have read all the comments here and would like to share my experience and comments for others. I took my dog for puppy training classes about 3.5 years ago. I felt like the information and techniques were sound and I learned alot. When I signed up for this class I was able to attend the potty training class for free. The manager Tammie (y)? gave this class. I have 2 comments about her. First, I think she knows her stuff, although she is not personable with the owners.\r

Second. I have remained a regular customer as far as buying my dog's food from Rob Cary. I have a small, gourmet dog biscuit company. I approached Ms. Tammie (because she is the manager) about getting some samples to her or get them shelved there. She told me abruptly and unsmilingly that she was very busy and to email her (I also gave her my cards which she seemed irritated about taking). I emailed twice with no response. A simple NO, not interested would have sufficed.\r
