This place wins my vote for best dive for one reason…awesome bartenders. Aces has some of the best bartenders; super friendly, but not too chatty where you find yourself waiting forever for a drink while the bartender chats it up with other people. This place is a great alternative to R Bar, which is great for a U of O game, but is too crowded and full of guys that have had one too many. Aces is lesser known, so is usually less crowded and draws more of a controlled, regular crowd.
Pros: A+ for bartenders
Cons: Dive bar atmosphere
