I experienced Negril Caribbean Café for the first time today and I was highly disappointed. I waited approximately 25 minutes for my meal after the server provided me with watered down lemonade. The Manager, who noticed that I was waiting, showed compassion as she provided me a beef patty on the house. The beef patty was the worst that I ever had. Although I would have preferred to leave, the manager stated that the food would arrive shortly and that I should wait. I wish I didn’t. The oxtail was watered down, the rice was very hard and the plantains looked as though they were refried 3 times in 3 days. I pray to God that I don’t become ill and I thank the Manager for her concern as she was very compassionate. I will not return to this establishment and I hope that you keep the manager and fire the chef!\r
