One of the best meals we have ever had. Seattle should be very proud to have Wild Ginger as one of it's premier dining experiences.
Marvelous Mango Mohito, followed by OTAK OTAK (salmon in a banana leaf and double cooked) also followed by Wok Fried Prawns that my wife loved.'
I had bacon wrapped oyster satay...mmmmmm good, followed by mussels so succulent, I was afraid to eat too fast . Everything was perfect...I could not find one thing from the decor, to the staff, to the food, that was anything other than perfect.
This dinner will remain one the best ever.
