He practically told me off while 10 children was waiting for orientation. He couldn't admit that he messed up my reservation, and instead yelled at me to get out of his office...with children?!! I had carefully planned this birthday party and I'm 200% sure I called the right place, I had their paperwork in front of me when I called. The guy knows nothing about customer service, if anyone here is defending him they're probably affiliated with his business. But believe each and every one of the horror stories about this place
