Kopplin's is the best at what they do. They create the best cup of coffee, whether black or a special mixed beverage, and to them it is an art form. If you like the overly sweet, powdery, or acidic, bitter nonsense this isn't the place for you. I love the Rogue mocha; it's a special treat as it is a bit spendy, but worth every penny. The staff is friendly, the space is classic, yet modern, and the beverages are consistent and eco-friendly, what more can you ask for?
