I love ""working out"" here! I have attended all three studios and love them all! There are many varieties of classes that any female can attend. The Little 5 points studio has a great atmosphere and I feel like I can shake my groove thang there. I love the Perimeter studio because it has a LOT of space and of course a lot of clothes to buy!!! YAY clothes! I love the Windy Hill/Smyrna location because it is very bright and cheerful! The teachers at these studios are amazing. They really empower women to be comfortable with themselves physically and emotionally. I have truly come out of my shell here! And not only being empowered....I have lost weight too!!! Thank you!!!!?
