Unfortunately we lived here for a year and a half before breaking our lease. We couldn't take it anymore. Noise, rude and threatening neighbors, too many young college students and young temporary military trashing the place, drugs are rampant, had drug dealers under our balcony at night, drunk people wandering the island at night, dog feces and trash everywhere, tenants blatantly not picking up after their dogs, roach problems, rude/lazy management, and poor building construction after numerous floods. In short, this is the worst complex I've lived in EVER.
Pros: Waterfront
Cons: Noise, poor management, trash, poor construction, and more.
