I inherited Suburban after Agway went. Do not get involved with this company if you aren't already. Customer service is flawed- they rarely get it right and just blame "the other girl". They keep "topping off" my two tanks- thereby keeping me in debt to the tune of $300. each time they visit. I use propane only to heat. I had a service tech out recently, he charged $250 for a half hour of work (to his credit he DID draw it out by fiddling with things to extend it to 40 minutes) left the rug near the heater filthy, did not wipe his feet when he entered my home. They had their delivery guy come to my door to collect $20. once! I know you think I am fibbing- that I must have owed more...but please know, it is the truth! Their prices for the product and surcharges are Not COMPETITIVE. Just avoid this company.
