My Valentine's gift to my boyfriend was ruined. I made an appointment for he and I to receive massages on Valentine's Day. I was so excited because he had never received a professional massage. My appointment was confirmed the day after I called in the request (1 week prior) and everything seemed okay.
We arrived at the M Towers 20 minutes before our appointment and were confused because we were unable to get into the lobby. We called and heard a recorded voice say that the mailbox was full. I figured they were in an appointment and would wait until 5 minutes before our appointment to call again. Called again 15 minutes later, still nothing. I thought I had the directions wrong so I went to a gas station to check the phone book for an address, but could not find the business listed.
We proceeded to call every 2 minutes for the next 45 minutes thinking there was a mix-up with the time, and wanting to make sure I wasn't going to be charged for the appointment unless a service was provided. We were unable to get through. This all happened 2/14/2010. My boyfriend tried calling 2/16 and still, no one answered and the mailbox was full.
This spa is very unprofessional. Not only did they not confirm the appointment the day before or even the day of, they did not have someone available to let us into the building, they did not provide the service they promised even after taking my credit card information, and they did not provide an apology or even a reason for not keeping the appointment.
