how thankful I am to be able to train with Sifu Koh and the Bo Law Kung Fu instructors. They have helped and inspired me to to live my life with passion, presence, and confidence. I originally decided to try the class because I was looking for an alternative to a gym workout. What I found at Bo Law was much more. I'm now 33 years old and in the best shape of my life physically and mentally. This type of training has also impacted every area of my life. From my personal relationships to the amazing growth of my business (despite the economic turmoil!) All I can say is try it . . . you won't be disappointed.
