In less than a year, we have lost 2 shirts, been overcharged for alterations (even when they were not fully completed). \r

And just recently we took in a pair of pants to be fixed, when we went to pick them up they had yet to be fixed; however they were sure to charge us for the repair. So we had to take them back, explained the situation to the Owner, and she told me they would be ready at the end of the week. When we went to pick them up we were CHARGED AGAIN!!!! DOUBLE CHARGED! This is the last straw.\r
