We recently needed the catalytic converter replaced on our van so we could get it inspected. I made an appointment for my wife to take the van down and get it done. I work a lot, so I generally have to send my wife out for these things. She usually hates having to take the van in for service, but she tells me the guys at George & Bob's were very friendly, provided excellent service, and didn't over charge because she was female.
