Dr Freeman office did a great dental work for my child; however, the billing was sort of a disappointment. I paid a co-pay before the procedure, and I was told that they will bill my insurance for the rest of the cost, but then almost a month later I got a bill from them for as much as twice much as I co-paid. It's not even a question of the price but the way it was done. I called them, but no one would say why I was not explained about the expected cost. They either don't know how to work with insurance companies or just do their business that way. I am not going to bring my kids there again.
