I've been to a lot of Targets, and know a lot of people who work for the chain, and this Target is not a good representation of what the store should be. Very messy, shelves and merchandise never look recovered or ""faced."" The staff do their work and act like customers/ ""guests"" are invisible, it's kind of weird. The one person I found for help didn't speak English.
