A passion for pets is an absolute joke! The owner, Marcia, is pushy and has no customer service skills at all. I made a reservation to board my dogs there over Christmas since they advertised a cage free atmosphere and I wanted to support my local business. She wanted to charge me for the full amount ($441) before the services even occurred, which I agreed to, only because she never mentioned her ""no refund policy"". A week before my reservation, our trip was canceled unexpectedly and I called to cancel my reservation. It was then that Marcia explained that I was still responsible for 50% because of her no refund policy. I have used several other boarding facilities and none of them would ever charge 50% for canceling a week in advance. The only thing I received from them was a copy of my credit card receipt which stated not one word about ""no refunds"". These people are theives. Do not spend your hard earned money at a passion for pets!!!!
