I have tried and tried to get in with Kat to get a tattoo done, a portrait of my mother, who passed away 2 years ago. Not only did she refuse to see me, she was arguing with other staff members in front of customers, and just generally seemed like she thought her $h1t didn't stink.
Pros: SOME of the people working there are nice and talented
Cons: Kat is IMPOSSIBLE get in with & has a stick up her A$$
