The reason that some patients feel that Dr. Oppenheimer is rude to them may be that he seems to me to be a direct and honest person who speaks his mind; he doesn't play games, but tells you the truth straight out, which is behavior that some people just don't like.
Pros: He's a competent dentist and a nice guy.
