WE ARE IN CONTRACT WITH THE BOULDER HWY LOCATION, WE HAVE NEVER BEEN TO THE CRAIG RD. STORE. yesterday, while on the phone with Jim, the owner, my husband was yelled at, threatened, and hung up on. ""Once they have your money, they turn into the devil."" this is a quote I just read from another 'poster'. I am starting to believe that. They were so nice and helpful at first, now Jim's story seems to be changing, and he's getting very angry and short. We aren't really happy with the way we were treated but I am civil enough to know that getting angry and acting like an idiot doesn't get you anywhere. We are still in the middle of our contract... I'm hoping Jim has cooled down, and will change his tune today. An apology to my husband for the way he was treated is due, however, I'm not holding my breath. And the threatening!?! Where in the world did that come from. When this deal is all done, I hope to have a great pool in my own back yard retreat, and never have to deal with these people again. I'm a true believer in Karma, and I think Jim is going to get a big wake up call on his customer service relations. It's too bad they are the only dealer of Viking Pools in the area. more
