I have been insured at Lauren's agency for only about 3 years now, not as long as dfwgreg03, but I have had nothing but great experiences with this agency. I used to be one of those people that didn't know anything about insurance and everytime I call the staff is courteous and take the time to explain my coverages to me and make sure I am properly covered at a price I am comfortable with.
Pros: FRESH BAKED COOKIES!!!
Cons: No milk...
