Never use this company. My finance loss was $5000!! The worst damage was my Audi. Also, piano(leg broken), desk (big vent), ping pong table (never stands up again) and more. The worst experience is their lie. I wanted a guranteed delivery to get shipped in three days, so that i contracted an executive delivery. They said they would use their own truck and drivers that go straight from Dalls to Denver just for myself. That is a premium i paid for. I was stupid that I did not get a written confirmation about it because they rent Penske trailor and it caused the crush. Also, they changed truck couple of times during shipping that caused other furniture to be damaged. Moreover, to settle this issue, i have been talking to thi company in the past two months, but they seldom answer my phone, and only called me back one out of my 10 voice mail messages..... I have almost nothing i can do remotely.... I talked to my friend, and he said ""what a terrible naming the company is. It sounds like they would make troubles..."" Yes, my decision was not right...
