USE CAUTION RENTING ANYTHING.. This guy has a tendency to be a real "JACK" .. If your payment is late - major problem, also if he decides he wants you gone-your gone, one way or another, He will not cash your checks and claim payment was never recieved. Also, he has is court happy, expect court, you will be served on Friday to remove your belongings by Sunday, when you get there your lock has been replaced with another, to top it all off he will sell off your personal property. Of course this is all done on Friday so you have no chance of getting any help from the court system until Monday, by then he has all legal rights as "abandonded property"
