Was called on a Friday for a Monday apointment reminder. I asked to change, and was told there would be a $35.00 fee as it was only 24 hours notice, as weekends didn't count. Of course, why call? They had direct access to the home without me. I did not change the appointment. Happened again the next month, and I wanted to wait, but again, they were inflexible. I told them to charge me the $35.00 (they did), and to cancel the service. I received a follow up voicemail that suggested 3 times that we should be able to solve the problem by being 'adult'. (very insulting). Anyway, I have replaced them and am very happy.
Pros: Good at beginning
Cons: Quality worse as time goes on - Very unflexible scheduling
