you must take an unreliable Holiday Inn Shuttle and then either run across the incredibly busy Century Blvd or wait forever to have Ace come and pick you up and drive you 300 feet to the filthy counter where the inept staff will attempt to help you. They then tried to trick me and other people into believing they MUST take their insurance (see YELP for a review of someone who did, got in an accident and got screwed). Once I was taken to the car (one hour later!) it was damaged on every panel - HUGE DENTS!!!! Filthy interior, sounded as if it were about ready to throw a rod and the tank was on EMPTY!!!! I told the attendant as he was circling the exterior issues of the car on the check out sheet that he should just circle the entire car and he said normally he does!!! I said there was no way I could take that car, waited another 45 minutes for a Sentra. When I went to fill the tank up it failed to register full and they tried to charge me for bringing it in with less than a full tank. I told them we would be taking a trip together to the gas station so I could prove to them the tank was in fact full and they opted not to charge me extra. Another man was returning his car and his experience was evidently as horrible as mine as I learned on our trip back to the airport via the Holiday Inn Shuttle. I'm telling everyone who is thinking about renting here - DON'T WALK - RUN!!!!!
