After the place finally finished with the construction or upgrades to the complex, which took ungodly amount of time and had construction workers leering in your apartment from the bolcony and window. You also had construction workers, inspections, and who the hell else knows what going on when they felt. I found that I had my personal tools(valued at $750), 2 silver dollars (valued about $400, left tome by my grandfather in his will), 2 lamps stolen (of the 2 lamps one was a replica of the leg lamp in A Christmas Carol, valued about $100), in turn I lost about $1,275 in monetary valuables and a couple sentimental (in the 2 silver dollars). Apparently while all this was going on, someone still had a key to my place, because somebody used it to unlocked my door and began to enter it last night, didn't get far, but still....
Pros: Having a hard time coming up with one!
