Copper Chimney food stands out to most Indian restaurants i have eaten at especially in the neighborhood it is situated. Intially, my experience was good but once i was seated in an aromatic atmosphere, I felt as if i high end indian restaurant. But unfortunately, my hopes were dashed by the service. I was ready to order the food but as i put my head up to search for a waiter, there was nobody in sight. I thought they were busy so i decieded to wait till someone was is in sight. After 25 minutes, i again put my head up and saw two waitresses, probably one was a hostess who sat us down at the door gigling and chatting up to glory, instead of having a watchful eye on the tables. Then i wave my hand to guy at the back and he respnds to me. The girls were probably just 10 ft away and still didnt notice us. This is "ATROCIOUS SERVICE". For a second i was intending to go talk to the manager but then was mesmerized by their excellent food. My recommendations would be: Gobi honey garlic, lamb saag, goan fish curry and the liquid copper.......... Go to copper chimney for their food but not for their service. hope thos two waitresses will learn what it takes to be in the service industry and not hink of it as a fashion and chatting industry............
Pros: Food, Food, Food, Drinks and their atmosphere.........
Cons: The two waitressess and their service....
