Ordered from Mayflower for the first time this evening...we usually order from Emperor Ming but wanted to try something different. We were very disappointed with the food overall.
I could not even eat the Hot & Sour Soup, literally took one little ""slurp"" and threw it out. It didn't look appetizing either, very dark with large chunks of nasty tasting tofu.
The Fried Rice was virtually tasteless, I busted out the hot sauce from the fridge to choke it down. The vegetables were almost non-apparent (it was ""Vegetable Fried Rice"") and the peas were dry and frozen tasting.
The Chicken & Broccoli was the best thing we had. It was decent and not too greasy like it can be at other places.
My fortune cookie read ""Good things are coming to you in due course of time"" well...it wasn't tonight's dinner!
Pros: Not too greasy like some Chinese can be
Cons: Inedible Hot & Sour Soup, food not too hot
