4 out of 5 times that I have gone to this theater, the movie has CUT OFF and the audience has to wait for it start back. On top of that, the owner is horrible to his customers. Several times I have witnessed him lash out at customers for relatively small things. It's unfortunate because even if he has a point, he is often very rude and derogatory so it comes off as really bad customer service. I have personally decided that the ""deal"" isn't worth it because my movie will be interrupted anyway, either by his negative customer service or by the movie cutting off.
