This nursery will NOT honor their SIGNED warranty. I bought two $500 trees and "" to make sure"", had THEM plant them. One is fine and the other within four feet is HORRID and dying. Their solution is to come out and fertilize it ( in February no less ) and ""see if it comes back"". Charlie further said "" If we replaced everyone's trees we'd be out of business.""
Pros: Close to my house, so went there. HA, NOT a good reason I now see.
Cons: HORRIBLE and won't honor written warranty. Am having to hire attorney after spending over $1000 on trees fomr them.
more
